Welcome to Althara Rental Car Services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our car rental services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully and ensure your understanding before proceeding.

Rental Agreement:

• By renting a vehicle from Althara, you enter into a legally binding rental agreement.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a vehicle, including your name, contact information, and driver's license details.

Eligibility:

To rent a vehicle from Althara, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Booking and Rental Period:

• You can book a vehicle in advance or on the spot, subject to vehicle availability.
• The rental period begins when you take possession of the vehicle and ends when you return it to an authorized Althara location.

Rental Fees:

• You agree to pay the rental fee as per the rates specified in the rental agreement or as agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Additional charges may apply for late returns, mileage, fuel, or other optional services.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time of booking or when you return the vehicle. Althara accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and cash.

Vehicle Use:

• You agree to use the rented vehicle for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with local traffic laws and regulations.
• The vehicle should not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or any illegal activities.

Insurance:

• For the rental car, Althara offers the usual insurance coverage. Upon request, other insurance plans are available.
• In the event of an accident or damage, any deductibles are your responsibility.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Althara vehicles are maintained in good working condition. If you notice any mechanical issues during the rental period, please inform us immediately.
• You must not attempt any repairs on the vehicle without our consent.

Fuel Policy:

You are responsible for refueling the vehicle to the same level as when you received it, or as specified in the rental agreement.

Returns:

You must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Cancellation:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your reservation. A cancellation fee may apply.

Additional Drivers:

Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.

Damages and Violations:

You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle or violations of traffic laws during the rental period.

Lost Items:

Althara is not responsible for items left in the rented vehicle. Please ensure you remove all personal belongings upon returning the vehicle.

Termination:

Althara reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if you fail to comply with these Terms or misuse the vehicle.

Governing Law:

These Terms and the rental agreement are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Changes to Terms:

Althara reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes.

You agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions by using the Althara Rental Car Services. Do not use our services if you do not agree to these Terms.
